About Daniel House
Daniel House is a home design studio based in Portland, Oregon. Using classically inspired design principles, we envision, plan, and construct custom spaces for clients around the world.
By intimately studying the homes we work in, we build spaces that celebrate human character and give credence and purpose of the space.
Our spaces are attentive to original form, inspired by the world we live in, and comprehensible to those who inhabit them.

Valerie is Daniel House's new Project Manager. With a B.S. in Chemistry from Bucknell University and a Masters in Curriculum and Teaching from the University of Oregon, she has spent the past six years teaching in Oregon's public schools. She brings an immediate and delightful sense of efficiency and positivity when she enters a room, and our projects are in the absolute best hands with her as their manager. As a sixth generation Oregonian on both sides of her family, Valerie is passionate about all things Oregon —no matter the season!
